Police Recruitment Board opens portal for application Monday
Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, said this in a statement issued on Friday in Abuja. As an avid cyclist, a tailor and pattern maker for film and television, and a journalist, I do many repetitive things that can cause neck and back pain. My tailoring and patterning career especially (which spans 34 years) has really wreaked havoc on my lower back.
While I’m aware that some mattresses (and pillows) can help alleviate some back pain, I’ve always put off purchasing a new one. The one I used before being given the chance to test out the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Adapt was a 10-year-old traditional spring coil with pillow-top that probably cost a couple hundred dollars.
