Police say motorcyclists whose bikes were seized, attacked BRT bus in Lagos
Command’s Spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Friday. Hundeyin said that it was not a case of armed robbery, but the attack was a reaction by the suspected motorcyclists to the seizure of their motorcycles. He said that the Lagos State Taskforce on Environment and Special Offences, Enforcement Unit, had raided commercial motorcyclists plying the BRT lanes and other prohibited roads and seized some motorcycles.
Producer of Ycees Juice says he isn't receiving royalties, set to sue
Talking about royalties, when asked whether he had benefited financially from the record, his answer was negative. “No,” he said. “In terms of benefiting from that song, financially, I would say no.” ‘Juice’ which was arguably one of the biggest songs of 2017, was housed on Ycee’s “The First Wave” EP, released via a partnership between Sony Music and Tinny Entertainment. When questioned further, Adey explained that although he received a “tiny” first payment from that song, and signed the appropriate paperwork, he hasn’t received royalties.
Red, White, and Blue in Space Photography
The image above might look like something many Americans will see at a 4th of July fireworks display. They depict a single galaxy, named the Southern Pinwheel Galaxy, or Messier 83, processed in red, white, and blue. What is the significance of these colors?
In the case of the American flag, the colors were originally not assigned any meaning at all and perhaps were chosen simply to mimic the colors of the British flag.
